Hearthside Dentistry in Thornton has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Treatment Coordinator or an experienced Office Manager with strong treatment coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

Present treatment plans and help patients understand recommended care
Discuss financial arrangements and support case acceptance
Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-through on pending treatment
Help create a smooth, high-quality patient experience
Support front office operations including billing, insurance, and patient communication
Monitor opportunities to improve systems, efficiency, and office flow
Assist with team accountability and daily operational support
Contribute to practice growth and overall office performance
