We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to join our dental office team. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who can multitask and help keep daily office operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and schedule patient appointments
Verify dental insurance benefits and review treatment plans with patients
Manage patient check-in and check-out
Process payments and assist with payroll duties
Submit, track, and follow up on dental insurance claims
Work on insurance aging reports and assist with claim appeals when needed
Coordinate with IT and service providers regarding office equipment, internet, and computer issues
Support doctors and staff with daily office needs
Maintain an organized and professional front office environment

Qualifications

Dental office experience
Knowledge of dental insurance verification, claims processing, and scheduling systems
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a quick learner

Hours M-Tu 7:45 AM-4:00 PM, Wed 6:45 am-4:00 P.M. , Thu 6:45 am-3:00 PM, Fri, 7:45-12:00 PM

Qualifications

Dental office experience preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance verification, claims processing, and scheduling systems
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a quick learner
