We are seeking a Dental Assistant or Dental Treatment Coordinator for our Madison, Wisconsin location who is proactive, organized, and passionate about patient experience and operational excellence. This position requires background and experience in DENTAL ASSISTING

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Flow Management: Ensure smooth and efficient patient movement throughout the clinic for timely care delivery.
Treatment Plan Presentation: Confidently present treatment plans and collect co-pays for same-day treatments.
Lab Case Coordination: Track and manage all lab cases to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
Inventory & Compliance Oversight: Order and manage dental supplies, maintain equipment, and ensure clinic complies with all health and safety standards.
Referral & Medical Clearance: Manage patient referrals and follow up on required medical clearances.
Chart Audits: Perform daily audits of patient charts to ensure complete documentation, including progress notes, perio charts, and radiographs.
Clinical Assistance: Assist the doctor chairside

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a lead dental assistant
Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
