Position Responsibilities ·

The Business Administrator is responsible for the daily operations of the practice. They will be relied upon to lead team members and partner with our dentist to ensure the schedule runs efficiently and productively. Must reliably arrive in time to support office opening and scheduled business hours.

Other responsibilities include: ·

Business partner to the doctor. · Oversee daily operations including patient relations, managing team productivity, monitoring the schedule for opportunities and efficiency. · Complete administrative tasks, such as scheduling, insurance verification and claims processing, treatment presentation, and collections. · Ensure continued excellence for the patient experience. · Manage office supplies inventory · Working with vendors for office maintenance needs. · Recruiting/staffing · Train, coach and develop team members

Qualifications · 5+ years management experience within a dental office · Experience driving production goals. · Well versed in Dental Terminology, ADA codes, Insurance benefits and claims processing. · Dentrix experience REQUIRED. · Excellent customer service and leadership skills. · Results driven leader with excellent follow through.
