We are seeking a skilled Dental Practice Manager to join our dynamic team at Coliseum Dental in Manhattan. This pivotal role involves overseeing the daily operations of our dental practice, ensuring exceptional patient care while managing administrative functions and staff performance.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the dental practice to ensure efficiency and quality of care.
Manage financial aspects including budgeting, fiscal management, and reporting.
Supervise and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain HIPAA standards.
Implement effective practice management strategies to enhance patient satisfaction.
Coordinate with dental professionals to optimize patient flow and treatment processes.
Maintain accurate records.
Develop training programs for staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Proven experience in dental office management or practice management.
Strong fiscal management skills with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team collaboration.
Familiarity Dentrix Ascend.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with staff and patients alike.
Experience in human resources or healthcare management is preferred.
