Position Overview
As a Dental Assistant, you'll work chair-side to support our dentist throughout procedures, help patients feel informed and at ease, and keep our clinical environment clean, organized, and ready. You're the kind of person who pays attention to the details that matter -- and patients notice.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist chair-side during a range of dental procedures
- Capture and process digital radiographs with accuracy and patient comfort in mind
- Welcome patients and create a calm, professional first impression
- Explain treatment options clearly and in terms patients can understand
- Maintain sterilization standards and equipment readiness
- Prepare and turn over treatment rooms efficiently between patients
- Provide post-treatment instructions and set clear expectations for recovery

Qualifications
- Prior dental assisting experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first approach
- Clear communicator who can explain clinical information in plain language
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness and infection control standards
