Job Summary
Our practice culture and our team are very important to us. We are seeking a detail-oriented, warm, dependable surgical assistant who desires a long-term position in a private dental practice. In addition to surgical assisting, we provide training for taking CBCTs, intraoral scanning and photography. Responsibilities

Assist periodontists during various surgical procedures with precision and efficiency.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up necessary supplies, and ensuring a clean, organized environment in accordance with aseptic techniques.
Take dental radiographs, including full mouth series and 3D CBCT scans, and intraoral Trios scans.
Manage patient records accurately using Dentrix, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Provide chairside assistance by handling dental instruments, suctioning, and maintaining patient comfort throughout procedures.
Support patient education by explaining procedures, post-treatment care instructions, and answering questions related to dental terminology and treatment plans.

Pay: From $34.00 per hour
