We are a boutique, relationship-driven dental practice seeking a warm, polished, and highly organized Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team.
This is not a traditional “front desk” role.
We are looking for someone who genuinely loves people, thrives in hospitality-style patient care, and can confidently help guide patients through their treatment experience from start to finish.
Our ideal candidate is cross-trained in treatment coordination and is trained as a dental assistant as well. They understand how to create an exceptional patient experience while keeping the schedule, communication, and flow of the office running smoothly.

We are a modern boutique dental office focused on comprehensive, cosmetic, and preventive dentistry. Our practice combines advanced technology with a highly personalized patient experience. The doctor has been in practice for 18 years and owned this office for over 13 years.

What You’ll DoPatient Experience & Front Office
- Welcome patients warmly and professionally
- Create a polished, hospitality-driven first impression
- Manage scheduling and patient communication
- Help maintain smooth daily flow and organization
- Build rapport and long-term patient relationships
- Handle phones, texting, and digital communication professionally
- We used Weave and Open Dental Software
Treatment Coordination
- Discuss treatment plans confidently and compassionately
- Help patients understand value and next steps
- Review financial arrangements and scheduling
- Support case acceptance through education and relationship-building
- Coordinate larger restorative and cosmetic cases

Qualifications
- Dental front office experience required
- Treatment coordinating experience preferred
- Knowledge of insurance and scheduling workflows
- Experience with dental software and digital communication systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
