We are seeking to add a highly skilled and motivated Massachusetts-licensed Dental Assistant to oversee clinical operations within our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in dental assisting, with a strong focus on leadership, patient care, and administrative support.

This is a full-time position with great benifits that after a year.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Dental Assistant with a minimum of several years in a busy dental clinic environment.
Demonstrated leadership skills with prior experience supervising clinical staff or leading a dental team.
Proficiency in EHR systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix for managing patient records and medical coding.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and procedures across multiple specialties including pediatric dentistry and prosthodontics.
Ability to perform patient assessments including vital signs and medical history review accurately.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality at all times.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing medical documentation and records.
Experience with dental office operations, including appointment scheduling and front desk collaboration is preferred.
