Ten Mile Dental is a cosmetic and general dentistry practice in the heart of Frisco, and we're growing. We recently promoted our lead dental assistant into an office manager role, and we're looking for an experienced, motivated Dental Assistant to step into the team.

What you'll do:
- Engage with patients in a friendly and professional manor.
- Assist our doctors chairside during a range of general and cosmetic procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before and between patients
- Take and process digital scans and X-Rays.
- Support patients before, during, and after treatment, keeping them comfortable and informed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment
- Learn and operate our digital workflow technology including scanning patients and mastering our patient managment software (training provided)
What we're looking for:
- 1+ years of dental assisting experience (required)
- Radiology certification (or willingness to obtain)
- A warm, patient-first attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a genuine team mentality
- Eagerness to learn new technology and grow clinically
Bonus: experience with intraoral scanning, milling, or other digital dentistry tools.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
