Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Vision Dental Partners is expanding into the Orlando area, and we are hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist for our Oakland, Florida practice.
We already have a great doctor in place and are looking for a dependable, growth minded hygienist who wants to help build a strong hygiene program and become an important part of our company.
This is a good opportunity for someone who wants strong compensation, organizational support, and the ability to grow with a practice from an early stage.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting at $60 per hour or more

Responsibilities
- Provide preventive and periodontal care, including prophylaxis, SRP, fluoride treatments, and sealants
- Administer local anesthesia as permitted
- Educate patients regarding oral health, periodontal care, and home-care recommendations
- Complete accurate clinical charting and treatment documentation
- Follow all infection control and patient safety protocols
- Work closely with the doctor and clinical team
- Help establish a positive, professional, and patient-focused culture
- Support the growth and development of the practice’s hygiene program

Qualifications
- Active Florida Registered Dental Hygienist license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong clinical skills and chairside manner
- Professional and reliable
- Values productivity as it is a reflection of providing consistent, thorough, and patient-focused care
- Local anesthesia certification preferred
