We are a friendly, modern, fully digital, private dental practice seeking an Receptionist/Office Manager to join our team. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and professional individual who enjoys creating a positive experience for our patients while keeping the front office running smoothly.

Schedule

Monday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Alternating Friday and Saturday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
One-hour lunch break each day

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
Answer and manage incoming phone calls
Schedule and confirm appointments
Verify dental insurance benefits and process insurance claims
Process dental pre-treatment estimates
Collect patient payments and maintain accurate financial records
Manage patient accounts and financial arrangements
Maintain electronic patient records using the Curve dental practice management system
Coordinate daily front office operations and ensure an efficient workflow
Communicate with patients regarding appointments, treatment, insurance, and financial arrangements
Assist the dentist and team with administrative and office management duties

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dental receptionist or dental office manager (required)
Knowledge of dental insurance verification, claims processing, and pre-treatment estimates is highly preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
