This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping patients understand their treatment options, and creating a positive experience from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will play an important role in guiding patients through their treatment plans, coordinating care, and ensuring they feel confident and supported every step of the way.

We are looking for an individual who is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Previous dental office experience is required. The ideal candidate is confident discussing treatment recommendations, comfortable working with dental insurance and financial arrangements, and committed to providing an outstanding patient experience.

Responsibilities Include:

Presenting and discussing treatment plans with patients
Scheduling appointments and coordinating treatment
Assisting patients with financial arrangements and insurance questions
Providing outstanding customer service and patient support
Working closely with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
