As Bear Creek Family Dentistry’s Field Marketing and Mascot Manager, you’re passionate about marketing and promoting Bear Creek Family Dentistry at community events using “Bobby Bear” and other value marketing tools and no task is beneath you. You are detail-oriented, dedicated to delivering extraordinary experiences internally and externally, and you are a team player who is excited to be part of a dynamic and ambitious morale and marketing team. You have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once, meet deadlines, deliver consistent results, and communicate effectively across all departments. Responsibilities:
- Build and attend marketing events and program calendars to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate new patient leads, and support community dental education programs. This will include community fairs, school events like PTA, show and tell, etc.
- Manage all aspects of event coordination including: orchestrating up to 13 Bobby Bear Mascots, up to 13 field marketers, validating strategy objectives, materials creation, event messaging/marketing, signage, promotional materials, site selection, registration, agenda scheduling, staffing, on-site activity production and logistics.
- Conduct post-event/campaign evaluations and ROI analysis; report and share results and recommendations with operations and marketing teams.
- Research industry events and marketing/campaign opportunities and evaluate sponsorship based on Bear Creek Family Dentistry objectives.
- Maintain event and campaign documents - budgets, calendars, checklists, run-of-shows, etc.
- Successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinate and train company mascots (Bobby Bear) candidates, manage their activities, and continuously evaluate performance.
- Oversee External Marketing Attendant activities and results.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or experience equivalent.
- 3+ years of B2B/B2C working experience in the event planning and community involvement, and field marketing.
- Strong dedication to high levels of team morale and engagement.
- Previous experience managing events and community marketing campaigns.
- Ability to develop and deliver cohesive event strategies, including messaging, and audience selection.
- Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
- Open to on the spot and ongoing operational feedback.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; ability to multitask and effectively manage time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Acute attention to detail; demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness.
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external clients.
- Proven negotiation, problem-solving, organization and project management skills.
- Weekend and evening availability required.
- Spanish Preferred but not required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
