Westby Modern Dentistry is looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a practice under new ownership, we're excited to continue building a welcoming environment where patients receive exceptional care and team members are valued, respected, and supported.
We're seeking someone who is passionate about preventive dentistry, enjoys building lasting relationships with patients, and thrives in a collaborative, positive workplace.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive preventative dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and fluoride treatments
- Take diagnostic digital radiographs
- Perform periodontal charting and document clinical findings accurately
- Ensure all instruments and treatment rooms are properly cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized while maintaining compliance with all applicable state and federal infection control guidelines
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Identify areas of concern and communicate findings to the dentist
- Maintain accurate patient records using our practice management software (Eaglesoft)
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide a high-quality patient experience
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in WI
- Previous clinical experience preferred but not required. New graduates encouraged to apply
- Anesthetic certification preferred
- CPR certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Current Patient Care Schedule:
Please note: Office hours are expected to change beginning January 1, 2027.
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
