Rising Stars Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is looking for an energetic, bilingual (English/Spanish) Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is confident discussing treatment and financial options with families.
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and families with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep the office running smoothly.
- Verify insurance and collect payments.
- Present orthodontic treatment plans during orthodontic clinic days twice each month.
- Discuss financial options and confidently guide families through treatment decisions.
- Build trust, answer questions, and help patients move forward with care.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Outgoing, positive personality with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable discussing finances and asking for the sale.
- Dental front office, treatment coordinator, or sales experience preferred.
- Organized, dependable, and a true team player.
