Sales and Operations Manager / Dental Office Manager
Location: Marble Falls, Texas
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 am – until the last patient leaves (office closes at 5:00 pm)
Schedule: 2–3 days clinical, 2–3 days administrative

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Dental Office Manager to join our dynamic pediatric dental team. Key Responsibilities

Daily Office Operations

Lead and manage the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
Supervise, motivate, and hold the team accountable for meeting expectations and delivering excellent patient care.
Handle and resolve patient concerns and operational challenges promptly and professionally.

Administrative Management

Oversee scheduling to optimize appointment utilization and minimize downtime.
Manage administrative tasks, including supply ordering, office organization, and data management.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.

Compliance and Accountability

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and all relevant healthcare standards.
Develop, implement, and enforce office policies and procedures to meet operational and regulatory requirements.

Financial Oversight and Goal Achievement

Drive production and collections by coordinating billing, insurance processing, and follow-ups.
Work closely with the team to meet and exceed monthly revenue and operational goals.
Identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and take ownership of outcomes.

Technology and Software

Utilize dental practice management software (e.g., Open Dental, Cloud9) to streamline workflows.
Ensure accurate data entry, patient scheduling, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in dental office management with a proven track record of driving production and team success.
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Advanced proficiency with dental software.
