We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Dental Laboratory Technician/Ceramist to join our growing dental laboratory!
The ideal candidate must have at least three years of professional experience in a similar dental laboratory position and a strong understanding of high-volume lab production. We are looking for someone with an excellent eye for aesthetics who can consistently produce beautiful, natural-looking restorations while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This position is best suited for an experienced technician who understands how to balance aesthetics, function, quality, consistency, and turnaround time. Digital dental design experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate high-quality crowns, bridges, veneers, implant restorations, and full-arch prosthetics.
- Perform ceramic layering, staining, glazing, contouring, polishing, and final finishing.
- Create natural-looking restorations with proper shade, translucency, surface texture, anatomy, and characterization.
- Work on highly aesthetic anterior and cosmetic cases requiring close attention to symmetry, proportion, and smile design.
- Review case prescriptions, photographs, digital scans, models, and doctor instructions before beginning production.
- Understand and apply proper dental anatomy, morphology, occlusion, contacts, margins, emergence profiles, and functional requirements.
- Make necessary adjustments to contacts, contours, margins, occlusion, shade, and overall fit.
- Conduct a thorough quality-control review before each case is finalized and delivered.
- Identify potential technical or clinical concerns and communicate them to laboratory leadership or the prescribing doctor.
- Collaborate closely with dentists, designers, laboratory leadership, and other technicians to achieve the desired clinical and aesthetic outcome.
- Communicate clearly when additional photographs, scans, shade information, or case clarification are needed.
- Maintain consistent quality while meeting demanding production schedules and turnaround times.
- Prioritize cases according to due dates, urgency, complexity, and production requirements.
- Complete remakes, adjustments, and troubleshooting when necessary.
- Follow established laboratory workflows, quality-control standards, infection-control procedures, and safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
- Assist in other areas of laboratory production when needed.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of three years of professional experience as a dental laboratory technician, dental ceramist, or in a closely related dental laboratory position is required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume dental laboratory environment is required.
- Strong hands-on experience producing high-quality aesthetic dental restorations.
- Experience with crowns, bridges, veneers, implant restorations, or full-arch prosthetics.
- Strong ceramic layering, staining, glazing, contouring, polishing, and finishing skills.
- Excellent understanding of dental anatomy, morphology, occlusion, contacts, margins, emergence profiles, and shade matching.
- Ability to interpret dental prescriptions, photographs, digital scans, models, and case instructions accurately.
- Ability to maintain exceptional attention to detail while meeting production deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and changing priorities without sacrificing quality.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on high-end cosmetic and anterior aesthetic cases.
- Experience with implant-supported restorations and full-arch cases.
- Digital dental design experience.
- Familiarity with exocad, 3Shape, or similar dental CAD software.
- Understanding of digital dental workflows, including intraoral scans, model-less cases, digital wax-ups, and smile design.
- Experience working with zirconia, lithium disilicate, porcelain, and other modern restorative materials.
- Experience with custom staining, internal characterization, and advanced shade matching.
- Experience communicating directly with dentists regarding complex or highly aesthetic cases.
- Russian-speaking ability is preferred but not required.
- Formal dental technology education, certification, or advanced ceramist training is a plus.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with a natural eye for dental aesthetics. You understand what makes a restoration look realistic and can consistently reproduce natural anatomy, shade, translucency, texture, and characterization.
You must also be production-minded and comfortable working in a high-volume laboratory. This role requires someone who can move efficiently, stay organized, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent quality across a large number of cases.

Schedule
This is a full-time position. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, managing a high volume of cases, and consistently meeting case deadlines.
Overtime opportunities are available and may include additional weekday hours or occasional weekend hours, depending on laboratory volume, production schedules, and urgent case needs.
