Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)
Completion of an accredited U.S. Periodontics Residency Program
Illinois dental and specialty license (or ability to obtain)
Current CPR certification
Clinical competency in periodontal therapy, implant placement, and related surgical procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
