Mint Condition Dental is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, energetic Dental Assistant to join our team!

What You’ll Do
- Assist doctors with a variety of dental procedures
- Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and scans
- Prepare and turn over treatment rooms
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection-control standards
- Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit
- Accurately chart treatment and assist with clinical documentation
- Work closely with the clinical and front office teams to keep the day running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Dental assisting experience preferred
- Comfortable taking digital X-rays
- Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable and able to thrive in a busy environment
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Someone who is eager to learn and continue developing their clinical skills

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
