The Role

We're a growing multi location dental practice in the Los Angeles area looking for an experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead and scale operations across our locations. This is a genuine leadership role for someone who builds systems, develops people, and thinks like an owner.

You will own operational strategy, financial performance, staff leadership, and technology implementation across the organization. You'll have decision making authority and a direct partnership with ownership on vision and strategy. You'll be building the operation.

What You'll Own

Regional operational excellence across all locations. That is staff development and team building, financial performance and revenue optimization, collections and the entire revenue cycle, systems implementation for scheduling and billing, technology evaluation and adoption, patient experience standards, compliance and policy development, vendor coordination, and a seat at the table for strategic planning alongside ownership.

About You

You have at least five years of dental office management and regional operations experience. You know dental billing, PPO and fee for service insurance, collections, and revenue cycles inside and out. You think in systems and see inefficiencies as opportunities to build better solutions. You're the leader people actually want to work for. You're proactive, resourceful, and you move without waiting for permission. You're comfortable with new software, automation tools, and modern workflows. You're results-oriented and you know that patients and business success go together.

What This Isn't

We arenot looking for someone to maintain what we have. We value people who act like owners. You'll think strategically, speak honestly, and take real accountability. Doing the bare minimum doesn't fit here.

What Makes This Different

You'll have real autonomy and a genuine voice in strategic decisions. You're joining a practice committed to technology, automation, and innovation, and you'll lead that effort. You'll build and develop strong teams across all locations. Most importantly, you'll have impact. This matters.

If you're ready to lead, build something real, and make a genuine impact, send your resume and tell us what you're looking for in your next opportunity.
