At Grand Rapids Dental Team (part of Seva Dental Team), the front desk is not just a desk. It is mission control.

We are looking for a full-time Patient Relations Coordinator (PRC) who knows how to keep a busy dental office running smoothly while making patients feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and confident from check-in to check-out.

If you are organized, warm, fast on a computer, and know dental front office workflows, this could be a great fit.

Why This Role Matters

The patient experience is the foundation of everything we do. As our PRC, you are the first impression, the steady hand during a busy day, and the person who helps patients leave with clarity, confidence, and their next visit scheduled. You are the hub of the office and a huge part of what makes the practice successful.

Fridays: OFF!
Yep, you read that right. No Fridays. Start your weekend early every week.

What You’ll Do

Reaching out to patients due for treatment or hygiene visits
Using scheduling tools to fill cancellations and past-due appointments
Following up on outstanding and past insurance claims as needed
Posting insurance payments and EOBs accurately
Collecting past-due balances
Supporting the team during morning huddles and throughout the day

What We’re Looking For

This role is for someone who can juggle details, communicate clearly, and keep calm when the day gets busy.

Qualifications:

Strong computer skills and confidence learning systems quickly
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, positive, service-focused attitude
Team player who works well with others
2+ years of experience in a direct customer-facing role
Dental office experience preferred
Experience with insurance verification, posting insurance payments, and EOBs required
Familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus
