Associate General Dentist

Biddeford Saco Dental Associates • Full-time • Saco, Maine, United States • $200k - $450k / year • 3w ago

Join an established, growing private practice with the patients, team, and technology to be successful from day one.

Biddeford Saco Dental Associates is looking for an associate general dentist to join our growing, privately owned practice in Southern Maine.

We are a busy, community-focused practice caring for patients of all ages and dental needs under one roof. With a large and growing patient base, a modern facility, an experienced clinical team, and specialists working alongside our general dentists, we offer the opportunity to step into a full schedule and build a rewarding long-term career without having to build a patient base from scratch.

Our facility was designed specifically to support comprehensive dentistry and is equipped with modern technology including CBCT, digital scanning, CEREC, 3D printing, and AI-assisted diagnostics. Our general dentists have the opportunity to practice a broad scope of dentistry while also having access to in-house pediatric, orthodontic, periodontal, and endodontic care.

Just as important as our facility and technology is our team. We have an experienced clinical and administrative staff that allows our doctors to focus on taking great care of patients. We value collaboration, communication, continued growth, and long-term relationships with the patients and families we serve.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for a dentist who is hardworking, personable, clinically capable, and a strong communicator. Experience is welcome, but we're equally interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to continue growing.

You don't need to be an expert in every area of dentistry. A dentist who enjoys high-quality bread-and-butter restorative dentistry, communicates well with patients, and wants to be part of a collaborative team can be very successful here. For someone interested in expanding their clinical skills, there is significant opportunity to do so.

Southern Maine offers an exceptional quality of life with easy access to Portland, the coast, mountains, lakes, and year-round outdoor recreation.

If you're looking for a practice where you can be busy from day one, continue to grow clinically, develop long-term patient relationships, and build a career with a great team, we'd love to hear from you.
