Dougherty Dental Group is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our growing, patient-focused practice in College Station. Position Overview

As a Dental Assistant at Dougherty Dental Group, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care while ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

Assist the doctor chairside during restorative, surgical, endodontic, and cosmetic procedures
Prepare and break down operatories efficiently
Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos
Support patient education and help reinforce treatment recommendations
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Follow sterilization and infection control protocols

Technology & Skills

Experience with digital scanning (intraoral scanners) preferred
Experience with 3D printing preferred
Willingness to learn and grow with emerging dental technologies is essential
Familiarity with practice management software is a plus
