Hygiene Coordinator / Receptionist - Private Practice

Status: Full-Time| 4 days/week

Compensation & Benefits:

· Full time 32 hours per week. M-Th and two half Fridays/month

What You’ll Do:

· Be the primary receptionist for the practice, answering patient phone calls in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their issues and concerns, and scheduling the appropriately. Phones are the lifeline of the practice, and how calls are handled is vital to our success.

· Serve as the hygiene coordinator for one, and very soon, two full time hygienists. In this role you will be responsible for scheduling patients who have received dental implants over the past 10+ years to come in for a routine implant health evaluation and treatment.

· Schedule patients coming out of these implant evaluation and treatment appointments as needed with the owner/doctor

· Be a positive team member, helping as needed in the business office as training prepares you and situations dictate.
