We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our practice and serve as a critical link between our clinical team and our patients.

Position Overview:
The Dental Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for guiding patients through their treatment plans, scheduling, phone etiquette. Providing clear explanations of financial options, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience from consultation to completion of care. We ask for applicants with experience in dentistry (3 years at least).

Key Responsibilities:

Present and explain treatment plans in a clear, compassionate, and professional manner
Discuss financial options, including insurance coverage, payment plans, and third-party financing
Coordinate scheduling for treatment appointments, follow-ups, and specialist referrals
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in practice management software
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure continuity of care
Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, answering questions, and offering reassurance
Assist with insurance verification and pre-authorizations as needed
Tasks are subject to change and may vary. This includes administrative tasks such as answering phones, collecting payments oversee patient data entry and auditing schedules.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator.
In-depth understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental)
Ability to work compassionately with patients from diverse backgrounds and financial situations
Ability to be a team player and always ready to help others.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
