Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the practice.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
Confirm patient appointments and handle cancellations or reschedules.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Verify insurance details and handle billing inquiries.
Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
Process payments and maintain financial records.
Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow.
Ensure the waiting area and office are clean and organized.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a dental receptionist is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of dental terminology and office software is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
