What You’ll Do:

Clinical Responsibilities:

Place, condense, and finish amalgam and composite restorations in accordance with Indiana law.
Operate and maintain X-ray equipment in compliance with radiation safety standards.
Prepare treatment rooms by following prescribed procedures and infection control protocols.
Assist dentists by providing instruments, suctioning, and passing materials.
Select, mix, and place dental materials.
Take diagnostic impressions, pour and trim models, and prepare study casts.
Fabricate temporary restorations and clean/polish removable appliances.
Manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification and emergency preparedness.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and plaque control.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.

Compliance and Safety Responsibilities:

Adhere to HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and data protection.
Follow all infection control protocols, sterilization processes, and safety procedures.
Maintain and troubleshoot dental equipment, coordinating repairs when necessary.
Manage dental supply inventory and ensure availability of necessary materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
