Precision Dentistry of Live oak is a well-respected dental practice in Live Oak, Fl. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a warm and welcoming environment. We practice by our motto "Where everyone is treated like family". We are seeking a friendly, organized and detail oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team (dental office experience preferred) . You would serve as the primary point of contact for our patients and this role is vital in ensuring a smooth and positive experience foe everyone who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival. Assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
Answer phone calls and emails. provide information and address inquires
Schedule and manage appointments for patient and staff.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Review documentation for completeness and accuracy before patient appointments.
Utilize dental software systems such as Dentrix for scheduling, billing, and patient management and bill inquiries.
Create a warm and welcoming environment for patient and provide excellent customer service
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area. General office duties such as scanning/coping documents.
Be a team player.

Requirements

High school Diploma (or equivalent)
reliable transportation.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Proficiency with computer systems and dental office settings.
Dental office experience (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
