Dental Office Manager

Our expanding practice is seeking a motivated and professional Dental Office Manager to help lead our team in achieving excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day front office operations, including patient scheduling
Lead and support the team in achieving office and patient care goals
Approve and manage PTO requests
Lead team meetings and implement office processes
Perform administrative duties such as bank deposits, posting patient payments, reporting, and recare management
Anticipate and independently manage administrative needs
Meet and exceed established office goals
Maintain adequate office supplies
Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of people management experience
Strong time management and organizational skills
Independent, dependable, and detail-oriented
Proficient with multiple computer applications
Confident professional judgment
Excellent communication skills with both team members and patients

Pay: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
