Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing dental team! Our office is fast-paced, team-oriented, and focused on providing an exceptional experience for every patient from the moment they walk through the door.

Duties

Greet and check in patients with a welcoming attitude
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Verify dental insurance benefits and update patient information
Collect payments and review treatment estimates
Manage patient recalls and appointment confirmations
Help keep the schedule full and organized
Communicate with patients regarding treatment and financial arrangements
Work closely with the clinical team to create a smooth patient experience

Qualifications

Dental office experience preferred (experience with dental software such as Dentrix Ascend is a plus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Positive attitude and team-player mentality
Comfortable discussing insurance and financial information
Ability to stay calm and professional in a busy environment
