First Choice Dental is looking for an experienced CAD/CAM Manager to lead our Downers Grove dental lab's digital design and manufacturing operations. This hands-on leadership role combines technical expertise with team management to ensure efficient, high-quality workflows from intraoral scans to final restorations.

Responsibilities: The CAD/CAM Manager oversees daily operations, including workflow, scheduling, and quality control, while supervising and training staff. The role also involves partnering with clinicians on case planning and intraoral scanning, coordinating with outside partners for timely case completion, and providing technical support for CAD/CAM software, milling equipment, and 3D printers. Additional duties include maintaining equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring departmental goals for safety, quality, productivity, and delivery are consistently met.

Qualifications: We are seeking a qualified candidate with at least five years of CAD/CAM experience in a dental lab setting, with strong proficiency in 3Shape, Millbox, and Exocad. Expertise in CAD/CAM dental design software, 3D printing, milling technologies, and dental materials, and excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.

Compensation and Benefits: $60,000-$100,000 annually depending on experience. Health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
