Job Responsibilities:

Greeting and checking in patients

Managing phones, scheduling, and patient communication

Verifying insurance and handling patient records

Supporting the clinical team and maintaining smooth office flow

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM (first patient at 8:00 AM)

No evenings or weekends – never later than 4:45 PM!
