What You’ll Do

Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures including:
Third molar extractions
Dental implants
Bone grafting and ridge augmentation
Exposure & bonding
Pathology evaluation and biopsies
Collaborate with referring dentists and specialists to ensure seamless patient care
Provide compassionate patient education and post-operative follow-up
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
Work with a trained surgical team that prioritizes efficiency and patient comfort

Who We’re Looking For

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
Completion of an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
Active (or eligible) Virginia dental license
Strong surgical skill set with a patient-first approach
Excellent communication and professionalism
