We are a busy endodontic office in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville, seeking an experienced Front Office team member for a full-time position in our computer-oriented office. Front office experience is preferred, but it is not absolutely required. We are looking for an energetic person who enjoys interacting with the public and relating to the individual needs and concerns of our patients. The ideal candidate will assist the team as a customer service concierge – able to go “above and beyond” to provide personalized assistance and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for our patients. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent multi-tasking skills and be a team player. Responsibilities

· Greet and welcome patients

· Schedule patient appointments within operational standards

· Check in all patients and complete patient registration

· Verify dental insurance benefits

· Complete check out process with each patient

· Keep front desk area clean and neat

· Maintain accurate patient records

· As needed, assist the leadership team with practice management software

Skills

· Excellent phone & communication skills

· Knowledge of dental insurance plans, efficient scheduling and dental terminology

· Good computer skills

· Ability to review insurance benefits, treatment plans, and financing with patients

· Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask

· Attention to detail

· Well-organized and reliable

Experience

· Prefer previous insurance and dental office experience

· High school diploma
