Dental Treatment Coordinator – Join Our Growing Team!

We are seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic practice, specializing in dental implants and full arch dental implant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide patients through their dental treatment journey, from consultation to case acceptance and scheduling.

- Present treatment plans, explain benefits, and help patients understand the value of dental care, especially dental implants and full arch solutions.

- Use CRM and dental management software (Dentrix/Dental Intel) to track patient interactions, appointments, and case progress.

- Work with patients to build affordable financial solutions, including coordinating with finance companies and assisting with insurance and payment plans.

- Support the practice’s sales goals by helping patients overcome barriers to treatment and confidently “close” on recommended care.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth, positive patient experience at every step..

Who We’re Looking For

- Strong background in sales, customer service, or case management; sales training is a plus.

- Experience with CRM systems and comfortable learning new software.

- Basic understanding of medical or dental concepts, with a willingness to learn more about dental implants and advanced procedures—no prior dental experience required, but eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment is essential.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust, explain complex topics simply, and help patients feel at ease.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently in a busy office setting.

- Financial acumen and/or experience working with patient financing options is a strong plus.
