Treatment Coordinator / Orthognathic Treatment Coordinator – Oral Surgery Practice

Requires 2 or More Years Dental Front Office Experience - All applicants are screened for actual experience.

We are currently seeking a Treatment Coordinator / Orthognathic Treatment Coordinator who will serve as a key liaison between our practice, patients, and referring dental professionals. In this vital role, you will guide patients through their surgical journey with compassion, professionalism, and confidence—helping them fully understand their treatment options and financial arrangements, while making the entire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

What You’ll Do:

Educate patients about their surgical treatment plans and the benefits of recommended procedures
Present treatment options clearly and with empathy, answering patient questions and addressing concerns
Collaborate with referring dental offices and specialists to coordinate comprehensive care
Assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities and explore payment solutions
Promote our practice’s commitment to high-quality, affordable, and comfortable care
Support our mission to help patients regain their smiles and oral health through education and expert care

What We’re Looking For:

A background in dentistry—especially in patient care and treatment coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—ability to build trust and rapport quickly
Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
A motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual who is committed to exceptional patient care
Someone who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment, but is not afraid to take charge independently

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
