We're currently looking for a motivated and career-driven individual to join our team in a temporary-to-hire position. The role begins as a Scheduling Coordinator, with the opportunity to transition into an Implant Treatment Coordinator role for the right candidate. Position Overview

Phase 1: Scheduling Coordinator (Initial Role)
You will be the first point of contact for patients and play a vital role in managing daily operations of the front office.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients
Schedule appointments and manage the practice calendar
Verify insurance and process claims
Collect and process payments
Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
Maintain accurate patient records and update EMR
Collaborate with oral surgeons, staff, and management to ensure top-quality care

Phase 2: Implant Treatment Coordinator (Promotional Opportunity)
With demonstrated excellence, you will transition into a more advanced role supporting digital implant workflows and treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Educate patients on treatment plans, post-operative care, and financial options
Assist in capturing clinical photos, taking CT scans, and digital impressions
Utilize 3Shape intraoral scanning and digital planning tools
Help design and print 3D surgical guides and temporary restorations
Coordinate care with surgeons, referring offices, and dental labs

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Prior dental or medical front and/or back office experience (Required)
RDA (preferred)
Proficiency in EMR/scheduling software is a plus
Experience with 3D scanning or implant coordination is a bonus but not required—we provide training!
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
