We’re currently seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our fast-paced offices in Basking Ridge and Mendham, NJ. In this key role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and play a critical role in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments with accuracy and efficiency
Enter and manage patient information using Tops orthodontic software
Handle phone and in-person inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Coordinate referrals to and from other dental professionals
Submit and follow up on insurance claims
Learn and understand dental appliance terminology to ensure accurate appointment scheduling

Experience in a dental or orthodontic office is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow with us.

Schedule & Compensation:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM (No nights or weekends!)
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience and skill set
