We are willing to give in-house training and opportunity to create a career as a Dental Lab Technician with training from a dental lab owner/technician who has been in the industry for 30 years in the Four Corners region. Develop your skills and express your artistic talent in a positive, supportive work environment to create a product that will help improve the lives of dental patients.

Initial Key Responsibilities:

Denture set up
Model work
CAD crown design
CAM nesting and milling
Case delivery
Later: crown and bridge finish work, crown and bridge adjustment, restoration staining and glazing, workflow efficiency, case finishing, product development

Qualifications and Skills

Skilled working with your hands -- experience using one's hands for detailed, artistic design while also being able transfer those skills into a computerized framework.
Proven Team Player.
Great work ethic.
Hungry to master new skills in both a digital and hands-on environment.
True drive to exceed client expectations.
Previous experience in a dental office or laboratory setting is favorable.
Familiarity with medical terminology, dental terminology, and anatomy knowledge is helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
