Front office reception and administration for our Bothell dental office with a single dentist, hygienist, and dental assistant.

``Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office. *Office hours 8AM to 5PM on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday with alternating Wednesday and Friday 8AM to 2PM hours.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using dental scheduling software (Dentrix)
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage
- Collect and process payments from patients
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Perform dental administrative accounting and billing tasks
- Coordinate with dental hygienists and the dentist to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

```Experience```
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology
- Proficiency in using dental scheduling software ( Dentrix)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
