Job Title: Front Office Manager – Boutique Private Dental Practice

Location: St. Clair Shores, MI
Employment Type: Approximately 30 Hours a Week

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage

Schedule: Monday (10-6), Tuesday (9-5), 2 Wednesdays per month (9-3), Thursday (9-5)

Our practice focuses on quality over quantity, seeing fewer patients per day to ensure attentive service and meaningful patient relationships. We do not participate in managed care plans, allowing us to prioritize excellence and comfort for every patient.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional, organized, and personable Front Office Manager to join our close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing day-to-day operations smoothly, and ensuring every patient has an outstanding experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule and confirm appointments to maintain an efficient workflow
Answer phones and manage patient communications
Process insurance claims, verifications, and submissions
Handle billing, collections, and payment processing
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
Support the dentist and clinical team with administrative coordination

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with dental software (Currently Using MacPractice)
Attention to detail, dependability, and a positive attitude
Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience
