What You’ll Do Front Desk Excellence

Welcome patients warmly and professionally (first impressions matter).
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using Eaglesoft software.
Handle check-in/check-out, verify insurance, and review medical histories.
Process payments, post EOBs, and assist with insurance claims.
Present treatment plans and answer patient questions with confidence and empathy.
Keep the front office organized, clean, and running smoothly.
Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA at all times.

Clinical Support

Assist the dentist with four-handed dentistry during restorative, crown/bridge, veneers, extractions, and pediatric procedures, implant restorations.
Prepare rooms, set up trays, and maintain clinical flow.
Take digital X-rays, impressions, intraoral photos, and assist with 3D scanning (Itero scanning).
Manage sterilization, infection control, and operatory turnover with precision.
Take vital signs and review medical histories when needed.
Ensure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and cared for.

Team Coordination

Support your team so the day stays on time and stress-free.
Assist with supply tracking and ordering.
Communicate clearly with the doctor and team to keep operations smooth.

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Dental Assistant, Front Desk Coordinator, or combined role.
Solid understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
Proficiency with Eaglesoft software
Able to take X-ray, specially FMX's
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask.
Positive attitude — no drama, no egos.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
