Responsibilities

Answering phone calls
Greet and check-out patients, as well as schedule appointments
Verify Insurance Benefits and Calculate Co-pays
Coordinate and organize office activities
Oversee stock of office supplies
Administrative needs
Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail

Qualifications

Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Friendly and upbeat demeanor
Must have knowledge of Dentrix Software
