Lesan Family Dentistry is a well-established private practice in Jacksonville, NC led by Dr. Doug Lesan, a Navy veteran who has been serving the community since 1991. We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist who values mentorship, teamwork, and providing high-quality care to patients.

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced clinician while building a strong patient base in a supportive, modern practice environment.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday (4-day workweek)

Enjoy consistent long weekends with no Friday or weekend hours.

Compensation

$1,000 Daily Guarantee

30% of production

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages

Diagnose and present treatment options

Perform restorative and preventative dental procedures

Educate patients on oral health and long-term care

Work collaboratively with the clinical team to support patient care

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree

Active North Carolina dental license

New graduates and experienced dentists encouraged to apply
