What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth, professional, and welcoming environment

Manage scheduling, billing, and patient communications with warmth and efficiency

Support and lead our front office and clinical team, fostering a collaborative workplace

Ensure compliance with orthodontic and healthcare regulations

Work closely with Dr. Summer to enhance patient experiences and streamline workflows

Who You Are:

An Experience in Office management preferred)

Skilled in insurance billing, scheduling, and patient relations

A motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Tech-savvy with experience in practice management software(OrthoTrac, Dolphin, etc.)

A people person with excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
