Schedule Manager – Dental Office

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Schedule Manager to join our dental team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing remarkable patient experience with operational efficiency and takes pride in keeping a productive schedule running smoothly.

As our Schedule Manager, you will play a key role in helping the practice meet daily production goals while creating an exceptional experience for patients from the moment they contact our office.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the schedule to achieve production goals
Track scheduling opportunities and coordinate treatment strategically
Communicate treatment value and help patients move forward with care
Coordinate patient flow and support the clinical team throughout the day
Answer phones, assist patients, and maintain a welcoming front office environment
Verify and process insurance claims
Collect payments and process transactions

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Confident communication and customer service skills
Experience in dental scheduling or dental front office is preferred
Ability to think proactively and problem-solve quickly
Positive attitude
Detail-oriented and goal-driven
