Dental Office Manager – Private Practice

Our privately owned dental practice is looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and lead our team. Located in the Fan for over 40 years, we have incredible patients and a strong commitment to serving our community.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the practice
Lead and support the front office team
Help maintain an efficient schedule, strong collections, and consistent practice productivity
Work alongside the doctor on hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
Address employee concerns and resolve issues professionally
Review practice reports and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Assist at the front desk when needed
Help maintain a positive, organized, and accountable work environment

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of dental office management experience (5+ years preferred)
Strong understanding of dental insurance and front office operations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize, delegate effectively, and follow through
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative
