Job Overview
We are seeking candidate with fluency in English and must speak Vietnamese and Cantonese and/or Mandarin. This role requires knowledge in scheduling and as well as the ability to utilize various computerized systems effectively.

Duties

Greet patients warmly and manage their check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Maintain accurate patient records, including care plans and treatment histories.
Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered.
Process patient files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
Assist in managing the flow of patients within the office to optimize efficiency.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.

Requirements

Proficiency in computerized systems.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Familiarity with dental terminology and care plans is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
Strong organizational skills to manage files and maintain an orderly reception area.

Job Types: Part-time, Per diem

Base Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
