Irwin Dental Center has proudly been voted Best Dentist for more than 20 years, and we’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Front Desk Business Assistant to help us continue providing the exceptional care and service our patients have come to expect.

What You’ll Do

Maintain accurate and organized patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
Communicate professionally and confidently with patients both in person and over the phone
Schedule patient appointments and coordinate care with specialists as needed
Clearly communicate balances due, estimated insurance benefits, and patient financial responsibilities
Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits and understand plan terminology, frequencies, limitations, deductibles, and maximums
Accurately process patient payments and account records
Balance daily collections, deposits and complete end-of-day reports
Work closely with our dentists, hygienists, assistants, and business team to keep the patient experience running smoothly
Assist with other front-office responsibilities as needed

Comfortable discussing financial and insurance information with patients
Able to handle difficult or sensitive situations with professionalism
Someone who can have fun while working hard!

Dental or medical office experience is preferred.
